Handy Foundation creates a framework for networks, show runners, and production companies in Film & Television to implement diverse hiring practices. Through our Hollywood Bridge Programs we facilitate educational events, ongoing training, career support services, mentor matching, and advocacy.

Are you a BIPOC and/or minority below-the-line crew member? Have you experienced backlash on social media when you are attempting to touch-base with other BIPOC TV & Film professionals because you are one of the few, perhaps only, BIPOC BTL crew that hiring managers know?

Industry leaders have indicated that they are interested in hiring more diverse crews. The all calls, especially on private social media, are not going well. We know your struggle. Handy Foundation is seizing the opportunity to be a communication bridge between Industry and Crew and is keeping an internal database of industry professionals. Hiring personnel are goal minded right now and are seeking to match demographic parity that reflects the general population. If you, crew member, would like to join our database please sign up. https://www.handyfoundation.com/join-our-database
