Ryan Eppolito has a diverse work experience. Ryan currently works at Hang as a Game Design and Product Management professional. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of TapeDeck, a platform that helps artists connect with their fans and monetize their music. At TapeDeck, they built innovative technologies such as real-time bipolar audio watermarking and direct payment rails for on-chain transactions. Ryan also worked at Antler as a Founder in Residence. Before that, they worked as an Associate at The D. E. Shaw Group. Ryan gained experience in the investment field as an Investment Associate Intern at Bridgewater Associates, where they modeled macroeconomic risks and won the annual intern Scrum. Ryan started their career as a Summer Fellow at LearningLeaders and gained valuable skills as an Intern at Soar BioDynamics, where they collected and analyzed data for a biotech startup and contributed to research papers published by prestigious institutions like Stanford University and Johns Hopkins.
