Hanged Empress celebrates meticulous craftsmanship, sourcing fabrics from Italy and Japan while collaborating with independent artisans in India for intricate hand embroidery. Garments are crafted in Italy and London, with select knitwear developed through a fair-trade Peruvian organization and women-led ateliers in Italy and Romania. Rooted in sustainability, we repurpose textiles, up-cycle unsold garments, and use dead-stock fabrics from luxury houses to reduce waste. Every piece embodies circularity and ethical craftsmanship—honouring tradition, embracing responsibility, and serving as a vehicle for expression and transformation.
