Dirk Patermann

Dirk Patermann is the Gesamtbetriebsratsvorsitzender at CWS Hygiene Deutschland GmbH & Co.KG and serves as the Stellvertretender Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender at Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH since 2023. Previously, Dirk held roles in customer care and service at CWS Deutschland from 2008 to 2014, and worked as the Abteilungsleiter Kundenservice at Allkauf from 1990 to 1992. Dirk's early career included positions as a Koch at Rügenhotel Sassnitz and a Stabsmatrose at DDR Marine. Dirk completed education at Polytechnische Oberschule, finishing in 1984, and subsequently trained as a Koch at MITROPA until 1986.
