At Hanison Green, we are unwavering in our commitment to the global Neurotechnology industry. Founded in 2020, our mission is clear: to accelerate the success of pioneering NeuroTech businesses by securing the critical leadership talent they need to thrive.

In a sector where innovation moves fast and the stakes are high, having the right leadership team is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. We specialise exclusively in executive and senior hiring for NeuroTech companies across the US and Europe, working at the intersection of business growth and scientific advancement.

Our deep domain knowledge, built on over 20+ years in talent acquisition and industry consulting, allows us to operate not just as recruiters, but as trusted partners in scaling businesses that are changing lives. From stealth-mode start-ups to early commercial-stage companies, we work with founders, investors, and executive teams to understand their strategic objectives and deliver tailored hiring and advisory solutions that make an immediate impact.

What sets Hanison Green apart is our singular focus and our highly consultative approach. We understand that NeuroTech is unlike any other field - complex, regulated, and human-centred. Our services reflect this, blending bespoke talent search, leadership consulting, and career strategy for both clients and candidates who are deeply invested in the future of brain and nervous system health.

We’re here to power a vision shared by the entire NeuroTech ecosystem: to improve quality of life through meaningful innovation. At Hanison Green, we’re proud to play a small but vital role in this mission - connecting the right people to the right companies, at exactly the right time.
