Simon Scruby

Simon Scruby is a seasoned operations and engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and production oversight. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Hanlon Industries since January 2023, Simon previously held key roles at oOh!, including Head of Projects and Construction and Construction and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes managing business units at Ogis Engineering and overseeing production at Alumac Industries. Notably skilled in mechanical design and engineering, Simon has also worked as an Engineering Manager at A H Fabrications and as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Andrew Corporation. Simon holds a BSc (HONS) in Engineering from the University of the West of England.
