At Hannah’s House, we are dedicated to to providing care, comfort and joy to every child with life-limiting or complex conditions, and their family.

We provide holistic support, addressing the physical, mental, and social well-being of children, all while emphasising the quality of life and comprehensive support for the entire family.

 We believe in collaborative paediatric palliative care where children and families are supported through an interconnected ecosystem of core providers who have shared knowledge, goals and care plans for the child.
Our team members come from diverse professional backgrounds and personal experiences, each with a shared purpose: to provide care, comfort and joy to children with life-limiting or complex conditions.
