Friederike Ankele

Friederike Ankele is an accomplished cultural manager currently serving as the head of the Kulturbüro for the Landeshauptstadt Hannover. They previously led significant cultural initiatives, including the Künstlerisches Betriebsbüro at the Morgenland Festival Osnabrück from 2011 to 2016, where they planned and coordinated international performances. Between 2016 and 2018, they contributed to Jeunesses Musicales Deutschland as an international advisor and deputy head of the music academy. Prior to their current role, Friederike managed Musikland Niedersachsen from 2018 to 2022. They hold a Master of Arts in Cultural Management from Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Sciences from Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
