Frederic Flory

Frederic Flory is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership within the automotive and electronics industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Hanon Systems, Frederic oversees 14 plants generating $2.3 billion in sales. Previously, Frederic held various key positions at Valeo, including Vice President America Powertrain Electrified Mobility, where responsibilities included managing electrification across North and South America with a $550 million annual sales P&L. Other notable roles within Valeo involved management of Climate Control & Security Systems and project development in the South American air conditioning market. At Valeo Siemens eAutomotive, Frederic was the General Manager of the Power Electronics Product Line, managing European and Chinese operations with approximately €500 million in sales. Frederic's early career included significant roles at Grammer AG, focusing on product and process strategy, as well as global operational development in seat components and metal activities. Frederic Flory holds an educational background from ESA Business School.
