Leandro Prado

Leandro Prado is an experienced professional with over 18 years in the automotive and industrial sectors, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Hanon Systems since May 2017. Prior to this role, Leandro was the Owner and Technical Director at W.floor from January 2017 to July 2019, specializing in floor grinding and polishing for the construction market. Leandro's extensive background also includes senior mechanical engineering at Automotivo; Industrial, and product development engineering at TE Connectivity, where notable achievements involved cost analysis, project management, and development of innovative automotive components leading to significant cost savings and a patented product.
