Rob Simpson

Rob Simpson is an experienced Change Manager at Hanon Systems, specializing in leading change management strategies across Europe since September 2019. With a background in business planning and pursuit for Electric Vehicle and internal combustion engine thermal management solutions, Rob has held multiple leadership roles within Hanon Systems, including European Business Planning & Pursuit Manager and European Business Planning and Pursuit Leader. Prior to joining Hanon Systems, Rob worked at Halla Visteon and Visteon Engineering Services, managing business planning for HVAC systems and overseeing significant projects related to air conditioning integration. Rob holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University of London.
