Stephan Becht

Stephan Becht is an accomplished professional in logistics and operations management with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Hanon Systems since April 2019, previously held the same title at MAGNA Powertrain GmbH & Co KG until March 2019 following its acquisition by Hanon Systems. Prior to that, Becht was General Manager at Magna Seating Cologne, overseeing the operational ramp-up of a new plant with full commercial responsibilities from August 2015 to July 2018. Between January 2010 and July 2015, Becht served as Director of Logistics Europe at Magna Seating, managing operative logistics for numerous locations and contributing to logistics ramp-ups across different countries. Becht's career began with logistic roles at Magna and Siemens VDO, including positions as Manager and Inhouse Consultant. Becht holds a Diplom Logistiker degree from the University of Applied Sciences Gießen/Friedberg, earned between 1998 and 2002.
