Celeste Smith

Celeste Smith is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Coordinator for Hanover Township since November 2018, where responsibilities include drafting and editing outreach materials and managing social media platforms. Previously, Celeste worked as a Graphics/Production Specialist at Judson University from September 2012 to October 2018, focusing on publication design and customer interaction. Prior experience also includes roles as a Mental Health Professional at the Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area, a Marketing Associate Intern at Tripar International, Inc., and a Copy & Print Center Associate at Staples. Celeste began their career in technical services at the Gail Borden Public Library District. Education includes a BFA in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes and studies at Elgin Community College.
