Marc Mannes

Marc Mannes serves as Lead Counsel at HanRoy and Principal at Bauen Services, providing commercial and legal support to tier 1 construction and mining companies since March 2023. Previously, Marc held the position of General Counsel (WA) at John Holland from October 2011 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing commercial compliance and risk for major projects. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Legal Officer at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Western Australia, and as a Solicitor at DLA Piper, specializing in transport law. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law in In-house Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia and an LLB from Murdoch University, complemented by a BBA in Marketing and Management from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
