Samuel Slaven

Samuel Slaven is a seasoned professional in contracts management and procurement, currently serving as a Contracts Principal at HanRoy since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Contracts & Procurement Manager at CLP, where Samuel managed procurement and contract strategy for the 540MW D2 CCGT Black Point Power Station Project in Hong Kong, and as a Subcontracts Engineer at Chiyoda Corporation, focusing on the commercial management of the Ichthys Onshore LNG Project. Earlier positions include Quantity Surveyor at Laing O'Rourke, handling projects such as the Wheatstone LNG Onshore Processing Plant and NorthLink WA Stage 2. Samuel also served as a Project Coordinator at ZD Constructions and briefly as an SMP Site Engineer at Monadelphous. Samuel holds a Master's Degree in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics from Curtin University.
