Aigar Urva is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial expert with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. As the Founder and CEO of Hansab since 1991, Aigar has been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction and success, also serving on the supervisory board. Prior to Hansab, Aigar held the CEO position at Estconde from 1990 to 1991, where significant achievements included the establishment of the first Finnish-Estonian joint venture in the construction sector.
