Lorena Bauer

Lorena Bauer is a Lean Expert at Hansgrohe Group since February 2019, where responsibilities include developing a concept for the implementation of Value Engineering in the product development process. Previously, Lorena held positions at HYDRO Systems KG from October 2015 to December 2018, starting as a Werkstudentin in Purchasing and later becoming a Purchasing Consultant, contributing to process optimization through data analysis, strategic projects, and supplier development. Lorena Bauer obtained a Master of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2012-2015).
