Alex Abeles

Alex Abeles has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2004, they worked as an IT Consultant and Manager at Corporate Itech, where they provided consulting services to small-to-mid-size businesses in IT purchasing and implementation. They also managed a team of consultants and oversaw the company's helpdesk for customer support.

In 2006, Alex became the Owner and General Manager of Bruckner Bar & Grill in New York. Unfortunately, the restaurant had to close after being flooded during Hurricane Sandy.

From 2015 to 2017, they served as the General Manager at TJ's Seafood Market & Grill. In this role, they managed all aspects of the restaurant, provided comprehensive training to staff members, and implemented customer service initiatives that helped increase sales.

From 2017 to 2019, Alex worked as the Customer Success & Implementation Manager at Tabit - Restaurant Technologies. They demonstrated Tabit solutions to potential clients, onboarded new clients, and trained customers on various technology platforms.

In 2019, they co-founded RestaPros and served as the Product Development Manager. They managed design and development projects, established project management policies, and supervised teams in North America and Latin America.

From 2019 to the present, Alex has been working at Presto as a Systems Network Engineer. They have been responsible for implementing and supporting customers in North America and Latin America, delivering end-to-end customer solutions, and acting as a main troubleshooting point of contact.

Most recently, they joined Hanshow in 2023 as a Project Manager. In this role, they represent the company in the US and Latin American markets, scope technical solutions for customer requirements, assess customer needs, and recommend value-optimized solutions.
