Min Liang has extensive experience in the technology industry, holding various leadership positions. min began their career in 2000 at Beijing XinWei telecomm as the Director of User Equipment Platform, where they led the development of SCDMA wireless system protocol stack software and physical layer software. min then joined Simplnano electronics LTD in 2007 as the Director of System Engineering, responsible for GPRS and LTE system design and verification. In 2009, they became the Chief System Architect of Simplight LTD, contributing their expertise in system architecture. Currently, Min Liang works at Hanshow as the CTO, leading technological advancements within the company.

Min Liang completed a Master's degree in Signal and System at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 1994 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Neuroscience, Part 2: Neurons and Networks, Fundamentals of Neuroscience, Part 1: The Electrical Properties of the Neuron, and Data Science: R Basics from edX in 2021, 2020, and 2019 respectively.
