Wen Ya has three work experiences in chronological order. Wen Ya worked as a Praktikantin im kaufmännischen Bereich: Übersetzung und Kommunikation at BECO Group GmbH from April 2019 to July 2019. In this role, Wen Ya's responsibilities included office work and organization, translation of internal documents, writing meeting minutes, representing Chinese customers in communication with government agencies and service providers, and preparation and implementation of job interviews with hiring managers. After that, Wen Ya worked as a Sales Specialist at Great Wall Motor Deutschland GmbH from February 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Wen Ya works as a Business Operation Specialist at Hanshow, starting in November 2022. No end date has been provided for this role.

Wen Ya completed their Master's degree in Asienwissenschaften/Sinologie at The University of Bonn from 2016 to 2020.
