Yi Wei

Yi Wei is an experienced IP litigator and currently serves as Head of IP at Hanshow, where they manage cross-border patent litigation and transactions, as well as IP compliance and advisory matters. Previously, Yi worked as an Associate at Allen & Overy and as an IP Litigation Attorney at ZY Partners, representing major multinational corporations in complex IP cases across various jurisdictions. They began their career with internships at the Beijing Intellectual Property Court and the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. Yi holds degrees in Molecular Genetics and Biology from Nanjing University, and a Master's degree in Law from Renmin University of China.
