Rob Poolman

Robert Poolman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data management and analysis across the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chief Data Officer at Hanson Wade Group since June 2024, Robert has previously held senior leadership positions at Clarivate, including Senior Vice President and Vice President roles, where responsibilities encompassed product development and customer consultations. Prior to Clarivate, Robert gained valuable experience at Minesoft Ltd as Senior Manager, Innovation and Consulting, and held various leadership roles at Novartis, overseeing operations and analytics teams. Early in the career, Robert operated as Regional Manager of the Global Legal Information Science Team at Pfizer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Kings College, and a B.Pharm from The School of Pharmacy, University of London.
