Joe Holub has been in the customer experience industry for over 15 years. Joe started their career as a shop supervisor at Chas. F. Mann Painting Co. and then moved to Maritz Research where they were a manager of program operations. Joe is currently the director of experience delivery at Hanson. Joe has a proven track record of success in customer experience and is always looking for new ways to improve the customer experience.

Joe Holub studied at Whitmer High School and then went on to study Cyber Art at the University of Toledo, achieving a Bachelors of Arts and Science.
