Hello, we are Hanubu.

Most people don’t think about the automotive aftermarket. But it’s everywhere. From the local garage that keeps your car running, to the family-run tyre shop that’s served its community for decades, these are the businesses that keep the world moving.

But this sector is under pressure. A growing shortage of skilled technicians, succession challenges, and a lack of capital force many great businesses to close. That’s not just a business problem, it’s a community problem.

Hanubu is changing that.

As a tech-enabled rollup, we’re acquiring great local businesses and investing in their future, not stripping them for parts. We're here to preserve what works, improve what doesn’t, and build something stronger.

→ We integrate operations, not dismantle them.
→ We invest in people, not just profit.
→ We bring modern technology into the hands of long-standing teams to help them thrive.

With SMEs responsible for over 50% of GDP and 60% of employment, the stakes couldn’t be higher. We're building something that lasts, for the owners, their employees, and the communities they serve.

We’re not private equity.
We’re not looking to flip.
We’re not just buyers.
We’re builders.

Together, we are stronger.
