Kami A.

Kami A. has a diverse work experience in the events and hospitality industry. They started their career as an Events Co-Ordinator at etc.venues in 2012, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating events for 24 conference rooms. They then moved on to become an Events Manager, overseeing the opening of Norton Folgate and managing all events for its first 12 months. In this role, they handled various responsibilities such as people management, diary management, catering execution, and administrative support.

After leaving etc.venues, Kami joined the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) as a Conference and Banqueting Duty Manager from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked at Plexal as an Event Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019, where they successfully managed event operations and provided excellent service to clients.

In 2019, Kami joined Huckletree as the General Manager in Soho, a role they held until 2020. Most recently, they assumed the position of Office Manager at HANX starting in 2022.

Throughout their career, Kami has gained experience in various areas, including venue management, event planning and execution, client communication, team management, and health and safety protocols. They have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences and providing effective leadership in their roles.

Kami A. attended the University of Greenwich from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in Events Management and graduated with a BA H Events Management. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in COSHH- Train The Trainer from Ecolab.
