Bob McLeod is an experienced professional in health care finance with over 25 years of expertise. Currently serving as the Director of State Fiscal Policy and Special Studies at the Healthcare Association of New York State since November 1989, Bob advocates for more than 500 not-for-profit hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, and home care providers in Albany and Washington, DC. Prior to this role, Bob worked as an Auditor/Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co, where responsibilities included various audit functions and financial analyses for purchase investigations. Bob holds an MBA in Accounting with a concentration in Health Systems Administration from Union College and a BS in Biology and Psychology from Manhattan University.
