HAP Architects has been delivering high-quality, buildable design solutions for over 40 years. Founded in 1984 by Chris Harvey, we have established a strong reputation for helping developers and housing associations maximise value, achieve planning success, and deliver projects that enhance communities.

Our mission is to enrich communities by designing creative solutions that place people first. We combine innovative design thinking with proven technical expertise to ensure every scheme is both aspirational and commercially viable.

We are collaborative partners — working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to streamline the process from feasibility through to construction. Our approach ensures design intent is preserved, costs are controlled, and delivery is efficient.

From affordable housing and mixed-use developments to bespoke residential schemes, we create spaces that work for residents, stakeholders, and the wider community. Our attention to detail, proactive mindset, and adaptable approach mean we consistently deliver architecture that meets the demands of today and the challenges of tomorrow.
