Roger Hall has worked in the software engineering and consulting industries for over 30 years. Roger began their career in 1987 as a Technician Engineer Software Apprentice at GEC Avionics Ltd. In 1989, they moved to GEC-Marconi Software Systems as a Software Engineer. Roger then worked at Crosfield Electronics Ltd from 1990 to 1995 as a Software Engineer. From 1995 to 2000, they worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as an Asset Management and Relocation Consultant. Roger then moved to Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2004 as a FICC Strategy Consultant and FICCS Sales & Core Apps Consultant. In 2004, they returned to Credit Suisse First Boston as an IT Prime Services Consultant. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at JP Morgan Chase as an AML Consultant. In 2007, they moved to JPMorgan as a DOI Consultant. In 2010, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Vice President and CVA Consultant. Finally, in 2018, they began working at HAP Capital as a Lead Data Engineer.
Roger Hall obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire between 1993 and 1995. Roger subsequently obtained certifications from LinkedIn in C++ Essential Training, Python for Data Science Essential Training, Python 3 Essential Training, and Python: Data Analysis in 2018. In 2014, they obtained the Series 55 and Series 7 certifications from FINRA.
