Florian Esch

Florian Esch is an experienced software engineer currently working at Hapa AG since April 2023, focusing on developing .NET Core RESTful APIs for web applications. Prior to this role, Florian worked as a software developer at Setics from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included system architecture design, UI design with Adobe XD, user experience design, technical documentation, and team collaboration using Scrum and Git/Azure. Florian also trained interns in WPF design and MVVM practices and contributed to transitioning from Win Forms to WPF. Before venturing into software development, Florian served as a social worker from June 2012 to March 2021, specializing in conflict resolution and motivational interviewing.
