Antony Ezhil is currently the Global Training Manager at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where they focus on training and development initiatives. Antony began their career as a Senior Transactions Analyst at Alldigi and later worked at Maersk Global Service Centres as both a Process Expert and a Process Trainer, where they gained extensive experience in project implementation and training curriculum design.
