Oskar Nowicki began their career at sea in 1998, graduating from the Maritime Academy in Szczecin in 2004. Over more than 19 years at sea, Oskar gained extensive engineering experience with various shipping companies, eventually joining Hapag-Lloyd AG in 2007 as a 3rd engineer and later advancing to Chief Engineer. Oskar currently serves as the Director of Newbuilding Engineering at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where they utilize their deep knowledge of vessel power plants and propulsion systems to lead innovative projects.
