Tom Kemp

Tom Kemp is currently the Head of Onboarding - APAC at Hapana, where they oversee customer implementation and establish scalable onboarding frameworks. Previously, they held various roles at Exerp, including Head of New Business Implementation - APAC, where they built long-lasting client relationships and led project implementations. Their early career includes positions at Virgin Active and Esporta, where they managed customer service and project management operations. Tom is also pursuing certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Business Analysis.
