Ian Munnerley

Ian Munnerley has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Ian currently works as a Software Architect at Hapi, starting in February 2023. Ian also owns their own company called Munnerley Software Solutions since January 2023.

In the past, Ian worked at ATP, starting in August 2014. Ian held various roles with increasing responsibilities. As a Senior Software Engineer, they contributed to building the team's authentication and identity platforms and supported engineers in other teams. Ian then became a Software Engineering Manager, where they managed a team of engineers and implemented new organization ceremonies to boost employee engagement and productivity.

Ian later served as a Frontend Engineering Manager, leading and training a team of software engineers, and successfully developed a cross-platform mobile application that generated $3M in sales. Ian also acted as a lead web developer and built a new mobile component library.

Ian's previous roles at ATP include Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer Team Lead, and Software Engineer. Ian contributed to the development of a single-page application that solved a critical FAA requirement for a multi-billion dollar airline and they championed Lean Management and Lean Software Development methodologies.

Ian Munnerley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Florida Gulf Coast University between 2010 and 2014.
