Joe Monette

Joe Monette has held various roles in the hospitality industry since 2005. From 2005-2007, they were a General Manager and Assistant General Manager at AmericInn Lodge and Suites. From 2007-2013, they were a General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Island Hospitality Management. From 2013-2015, they were an Implementation Consultant II at Oracle. From 2015-2021, they were a Senior Property Systems Engineer and UAT Specialist at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Currently, they are the Director of Hapi Implementations and Support at hapicloud.io.

Joe Monette attended Grand Valley State University from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
