Kat Girardot

Kat Girardot has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kat currently works as a CRM Implementation Manager at Hapi. Prior to this, they were a Social Innovation Fellow at StartingBloc and also worked as a freelance Operations + Project Management Consultant.

In terms of their earlier experience, Kat worked at NextEra Energy Resources as a PMI Data Analyst/Agile Product Owner, where they led user and stakeholder-end product-owner activities for the development of Energy Trading Accounting's in-house Trading and Accounting System. Kat also managed stakeholders and their user groups to define product roadmaps and prioritized tasks.

Before that, Kat was a CRM Project Coordinator at Cendyn, where they coordinated client CRM suite implementations, including data integration, requirements gathering, UAT testing, and post-live data workflow validation. Kat also facilitated the quickest CRM suite configuration in company history.

Kat's early experience includes serving as the Concert Committee Chair at Florida Atlantic University, where they managed concert committee endeavors and organized university-wide music events.
