Luis Segredo

Luis Segredo is the CEO and Co-Founder of hapi, a software company that provides solutions for the hospitality industry. Prior to hapi, Segredo served as the President of MTech, a small software as a service provider focused on the hotel industry. Segredo was with MTech for 18 years, during which time they grew the company to 30 employees and 2,200 customers. In 2013, Segredo left MTech to join Newmarket International as President of their MTech division. Segredo was with Newmarket for three years before joining Amadeus IT Group in 2016 as EVP of Strategic Initiatives for Amadeus Hospitality. Segredo left Amadeus in 2017 to start hapi.

Luis Segredo holds a BBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in International Finance and Marketing.
