Jon Zorrakin

Jon Zorrakin has extensive experience in technical support and system management within the IT sector. Since October 2013, Jon Zorrakin has served as the Responsable Técnico/Sat at hapiick, overseeing technical teams and ensuring operational efficiency, particularly through the installation and maintenance of robotic parcel terminals in collaboration with Cleveron. Prior experience includes technical support roles at Grupo Versia, Indra Software Labs, and Etxe-Lan, where Jon Zorrakin handled a variety of software and hardware issues. Additionally, a brief internship at Ogilvy Malta focused on web development. Jon Zorrakin holds a Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Informáticas from IES UNI EIBAR-ERMUA and a Técnico en Equipos e Instalaciones Electrotécnicas from ARMERIA ESKOLA EIBAR.
