Jonas Fricker

Jonas Fricker is an experienced product manager currently serving as the Product Manager for Digital Guest Experience at Hapimag since August 2022. Previously, Jonas held various roles at CSS from February 2016 to June 2022, including Scrum Master for both the Outbound and Data Warehouse teams and the Health team, a Remote Software Engineer, a Technical Lead, and a Frontend Software Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Web Developer at Eyekon AG, a Co-Founder and Web Developer at VISAIO GmbH, and roles in web development at Lifecom AG, Schaffner & Conzelmann AG, IT Support at Swiss Post, and as a trainee software developer at RUAG Aerospace. Jonas holds a CAS in Design Thinking and a CAS in Art Direction from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, along with a Berufsmaturität in Art and Design and a qualification as a software developer.
