Martin Roten

Martin Roten has extensive work experience in the real estate and risk management sectors. Martin started their career as an Assistant at the Institute for Construction Engineering and Management ETH Zurich in 1999, where they worked until 2001. Martin then joined KPMG as a Consultant in Corporate Restructuring from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they joined Hapimag in 2003 and held various roles, including Chief Risk Officer and Project & Process Manager until December 2016. Since January 2017, Martin has been serving as the Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) at Hapimag.

Martin Roten has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) from 1993 to 1999. Martin also holds a Master of Advanced Studies ETH in Management, Technology, and Economics (MTEC) in the field of BWI from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Sustainable Leadership from HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich in 2023, Associate in Enterprise Wide Risk Management (ARM-E) from The Institutes in 2011, and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America in 2009.
