Happen Ventures is a proud women-led, LatinX-founded enterprise dedicated to forging meaningful connections between conscious businesses and communities. We redirect products destined for landfills, channeling them into the hands of those in need. This not only elevates your ESG performance but also bolsters your philanthropic endeavors and entitles you to tax benefits. Our unique approach involves pairing your inventory locations with proximate organizations that resonate with your brand ethos, ensuring minimal fuel wastage.

Our proprietary software streamlines the entire process and empowers our partners with insights on waste diversion, savings, and social goods.

With a robust network of over 80,000 active community partners and collaborations with 100+ Fortune 100 companies, we're at the forefront of sustainability and tech-driven philanthropy.

Our commitment to pioneering a fresh dimension in waste management has been unwavering. Within a year, our team has expanded to over 50 dedicated members, we've partnered with 3,500 locations, and we've repurposed an impressive 100,000 tons of items, enriching communities and championing a sustainable future.
