Happiness Yoga was started in 2012 by Ms.Sunita & Mr.Shaishav, yoga teachers from Sivananda Ashram, Ahmedabad (INDIA) to spread happiness and fulfillment they have received from Yoga and enable people to deepen their experience of life through this.

Since 2012, HAPPINESS YOGA teaches Authentic Traditional Yoga as per Sivananda lineage and conducts regular Yoga classes for Beginners level as well as for Advance practitioners.

Our Yoga practice includes Pranayama (breathing), simple postures, Principal postures, advance postures, flexibility exercises, stretching, flow yoga, Meditation, Tratak Kriya (lamp gazing), Hatha Yoga, Chanting, Japa yoga and various happiness events.
