Graham Baxter

Graham Baxter serves as the Director at Grey Bee since January 2020 while also functioning as an Angel Investor for Happl (YC W22) since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Graham held several key positions at Hutchison 3G from May 2004 to December 2019, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Graham was also a Member of the Board at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd from December 2007 to May 2015, and previously worked at Orange as the Head of Network Design and Systems Infrastructure from October 1995 to April 2004. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Telecommunications Consultant at Eagle Star and as an Organisation and Methods Analyst at Lloyds Bowmaker Finance Group. Graham holds an MSc in Telecommunications from Aston University and a BA in Organisational Studies from Lancaster University.
