Standard health programmes reach the people who are already engaged. Happy Dietitian reaches everyone else: people with low health literacy and lower incomes, the group most programmes consistently overlook.

We deliver personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching through the channels people already use (WhatsApp, Teams, Telegram, Signal and more). No app to download. No login. No barrier. Just a registered dietitian's knowledge and a guided video series people actually follow, in their own language, 24/7.

Why it matters: people in lower socio-economic groups live on average 8 years shorter and spend around 23 years more of their lives in poorer health. Closing that gap is the whole reason we exist. We're not-just-for-profit. Impact comes first, technology is how we deliver it.
