Eric Chen

Eric Chen is currently a Local & Specialty Sales Specialist at Happy Dirt. Eric has also worked as a Produce Buyer at Whole Foods Market and a Biomass Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, they were responsible for leading discussion sections and grading undergraduate student work. Eric has also been with Happy Dirt since its inception, first as a Sales and Purchasing Team Member and then in their current role.

Eric Chen completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eric also holds a Certificate of Sustainability Technologies in Green Building from Central Carolina Community College.
