Jared Binning

Jared Binning is a Desktop Support Technician L2 at Happy Returns, a UPS Company, since November 2023, where exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude facilitate clear communication between IT and non-technical teams. In this role, Jared provides technical leadership in a high-pressure enterprise environment, managing end-user computing support, IT onboarding and offboarding processes, and configurations for Windows 10/11, Active Directory, VPN access, 2FA authentication, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace. Previously, Jared served as Head Technician at Valencia Label from September 2018 to November 2023, demonstrating extensive technological knowledge of hardware and software, particularly with PCs and thermal printers. Jared is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity at the College of the Canyons, expected to complete in October 2025, following a high school diploma from Golden Valley High School.
