The way people work and live has changed. Most spaces haven’t caught up.

Happy Working Lab builds the ones that have.

We are a coworking space, a coliving retreat, and a global consultancy — three lines of business built on 10+ years of operating, launching, and advising in the industry. Not in theory. In real projects, real markets, real spaces.

From our coworking space inside a 19th-century building on the Maresme coast north of Barcelona, to coliving pop-ups and consulting projects worldwide, we work with the belief that well-designed spaces and communities change how people perform and how they feel.

We work with asset owners, developers, operators, and institutions to make coworking and coliving projects viable, distinct, and built to last.

Coworking. Coliving. Consulting.
