Jon Calanio

Jon Calanio has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Jon is currently working as a Software Engineer at HappyCo since April 2022. Prior to this, Jon worked at National Oilwell Varco as an Application Development Engineer from December 2017 to April 2022. In 2017, they held the role of a Contract Web Developer at 10Ben LLC, where they focused on front-end development and utilized technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, they worked as a Web Developer Intern at LevelUp Camp, where they gained experience in improving WordPress websites and implementing new features using CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Earlier in their career, Jon worked as a Software Engineer at Austin Sigma, where they contributed to updating the user interface and developing user registration and onboarding features for an encrypted email application. Jon also worked as a Software Developer at Harris County Central Technology Services (CTS), where they converted legacy command-line based code into client-facing webpages using .NET Web Forms and C#.
