Samir Sahu has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Engineering at HAPPY - A Digital Lending Fintech. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Founder of SpiceTech™. During 2019, they were also the Chief Technology Officer at CampaignToCash.Com® Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief Technology Officer at ADH Deutschland GmbH, where they conceived and designed scalable Internal IT Applications, designed database architecture, and implemented the design. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Team Leader at Nexxt Solutions, where they developed new features for the product Book-IT (Room booking system), customized the product for specific clients, and integrated the Polycom conference system API into the Book-IT system. From 2014 to 2016, they were also the Senior CRM Consultant at arades GmbH - IT Consulting & Solutions, where they configured Microsoft Dynamics CRM, created new entities, forms, and views, and created workflows. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Senior Software Developer and Database Lead at IKS Health, where they were involved as a Database Lead in the development of a healthcare tech product, designed the data structure for the system, and developed stored procedures to implement complex functional requirements. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Senior Software Developer at Atos, where they implemented enhancements in the web system of Philips Lighting, resolved incidents raised by Philips users in the system, and was involved as a Configuration Manager, Build Administrator, and Quality/Security Lead. In 2008, they were a Freelance Developer and also a Customer Technical Support at Tritech systems.

Samir Sahu obtained a Diploma in Computer Technology from Vivekanand Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2008. Samir then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Engineering from Terna Engineering College between 2008 and 2011. During their time at Terna Engineering College, they also obtained a Technical Event Manager certification. Finally, Samir Sahu completed a Master's Degree in Distributed Software Systems from Technische Universität Darmstadt between 2014 and 2017.
