Ryan Wendler

Ryan Wendler possesses extensive experience in customer success roles across multiple industries. As Head of Customer Success at Flagler Technologies in 2023, Ryan contributed to a skilled IT solution provider serving the U.S. Previously, at Mood Media from 2016 to 2018, Ryan held the position of Director of Customer Success, enhancing client experiences. In subsequent roles, including Director of Customer Success at JetRide and Manager of Customer Success at HappySignals Ltd from 2025 onwards, Ryan continued to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction. Ryan also served as Director of Customer Success & Support for the Americas at HappyOrNot Ltd from 2018 to 2022, where excellence in service delivery was paramount. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Villanova University, obtained in 2008.
