Haras Santa Amelia is a destination in Southern Chile that brings together hospitality, gastronomy, weddings, events and equestrian tradition in a unique natural setting.

With more than 100 years of history, Haras Santa Amelia has evolved into a place where guests can stay, dine, celebrate and experience the character of the countryside through Hotel Gran Wolf, Trattoria Santa Amelia, La Taberna, gardens, vineyards and equestrian experiences.

Hotel Gran Wolf marks a new chapter for the destination, offering an intimate stay surrounded by nature, architecture and the living heritage of the Haras.

Trattoria Santa Amelia, located in a former foal stable, is one of the key pillars of the experience, combining Italian inspiration, local identity and fresh ingredients from the estate.
